RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR SWITZERLAND


All of our products offer a risk-free 30-day return and exchange window, except for items marked final sale. Returns require that items be returned unworn (except when tried on), unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging. Returns within Switzerland are uncomplicated and free of charge. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS


Can I return a discounted item?

Any order can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Please contact our support team at info@nearbasics.com and we will address your concern immediately.

If I exchange an item, when will I receive my exchange?

Once your return tracking is received, our system will process your replacement exchange order (for returns within Switzerland only). You will receive an email when your exchange has been processed.

If I return an item for a refund, when will I receive my refund? How much will the refund be?

Upon receipt of your return tracking, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund. We will refund you for any returned items, less the original shipping cost.

CANCELED ORDERS

If you notice a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely just a pre-authorization and not an actual payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.

For PayPal payments, the canceled order should automatically result in a refund to your account.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

Please allow up to 7 business days for your payment method to refund funds.

REFUNDS FOR PAYPAL

These usually occur immediately. However, if you have received confirmation of the refund but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly so we can check further.
